BraisingsteakRoyal One things for sure - they'll miss Ulloa more than we'll miss Pog.

Pearce couldn't deal with Ulloa.

I'll agree with that. I don't think Pearce would have lasted the game if Ulloa stayed on.

This is without doubt one of the worst refereeing displays I've ever seen. He's already ruined the game, killed any flow it had and applied absolutely no common sense. If you're handing out yellows every time there's a challenge, you set yourself off to send multiple players off - this won't finish 10 v 10.

Brighton forums in full agreement with the ref for both reds.

Which cards are you objecting to his awarding particularly? They were all to the letter of the law. He's been remarkably consistent if you ask me.

Strongly disagree. This game has been foul after foul since it started. Drenthe and Pearce are lucky to still be there. I think the ref's doing a very good job in a very difficult game to referee.

A yellow for diving? Topical considering what happened at OT yesterday. Thing is, if players are stupid enough to give the referee no option, who else can be blamed than the players? Not the greatest footballing exhibition I have seen in my life. At st with 10 v 10 there will be more space and the players will tire quicker. The last 20 minutes could be very entertaining.

Guthrie and Karacan look good. Pearce struggled before the red card. And hopefully no more hoofball to Le Fondre up front. Get the ball into his feet.

Just seen the replay. Pog's second yellow was a joke. Andrews was holding him back.

Absolutely this. None of those cards have been out of order and none of the stoppages have been needless. It's just a shite and very physical game of football. Right ref, great performance so far.

Get Drenthe out of the first team until he can lose a stone.
