If you think McCarthy doesn't still kick it long you're blind.

I'm well aware that McCarthy does kick it long sometimes. That's how I know he's absolutely shit at it.
He doesn't kick it long anywhere near as much as 75% of the time, as your source of stats would have us believe.

whoscored.com lumps upfield kicks in the same category as 30 yard passes to the CB.
Clearly this entirely inappropriate.

You told everyone "Fed's distribution has been less good than AMac's this season. Even his long kicking is only very marginly better."
I've shown you how whoscored.com artificially inflates McCarthy's long kicking accuracy, by classifying anything more than 25 yards as a long kick.

Unless you mean to tell us that McCarthy kicking the ball 26 yards to the CB is actually a 'long ball' then do the honourable thing and fall on your sword.

You've been court providing dodgy stats Ian Royal. Let this be a lesson. Always verify your sources.

I'm merely disputing Ian Royal's stats that 'show' McCarthy is a better kicker than Federici.
Not sure what you're on about in regards to eating my words.

In reality I actually have no tribal affiliation to either McCarthy or Federici. Can't we just debate how accurate two people are at kicking a football without getting FOX News involved.

floyd__streete 3 of the next 4 (Wigan, Leicester, Forest) against some of the strongest teams in this division, if we're still 5th (or higher) after that little lot then fair play.

Well, that went well didn't it
