So if Ferdinand still isn't fit next week it'll be Hector and Cooper leading the defence

Same story as the whole of the season thus far. Decent possession, do f*ck all with it, and then get hit on the counter/make daft mistakes.

Dreadful, and you just knew when that first goal went in we weren't coming back.

Very close to being an official Adkins Outer because it's just not getting any better.

jt_1871 Pearce "yours Feds"
Feds "yours Pearce"
LeFondre "I'll have that"

Utter shambles

Feds at fault for the first but to try to pin the second on him is as ridiculous as Pearce's defending.!

ALF would have scored if Pearce hadnt taken him out, but by the time he did there were other players back as well. But probably the right decision as he was basically the last man and it was clear goalscoring opportunity.

Can't believe ALF didnt take the penalty. He even won it, I would have told Whittingham to do one if I was him.

Y21 Adkins out.

Pearce having the worst game of his career is hardly adkins' fault. We'd had far more of the action, absolutely dominated midfield.

All over now though.

Something to do with having to sell one defender, take another that the Thais wanted and not being allowed to sell anyone else?!

Did anyone watching think Cardiff played particularly well in that half of football?
Looked an average team to me.

We've lost this game all by ourselves.

Awful. Cardiff have done very little so far and they're still 2-0 up thanks to our defence.

Pearce looks worse than Windsor's central defenders.

That was as bad as it gets at professional level. Shocking stuff.

Is he like that every week?

Disappointing first half. Other than the 2 goals we've matched Cardiff. Pearce's red card looked harsh.
Oh, and I knew before their corner went in that they were going to score from it.

We are really poor, can't keep the ball, no real strategy, crap defending, no quality. This could be a really dire and humiliating result. January better see some real changes or we have no hope of going anywhere apart from downwards.

That's great, but how many decent chances have we actually created?

I'm all for possession, and if you actually use it in a productive way then it's a precursor to a successful team, but we're not using it well, and when we inevitably lose it we get spanked on the break because we've pushed everyone forward because that's what we have to do to actually create something.

Not pinning anything on anyone, if one of them had made a decision to go for the ball we would not have been in that position (from what I could see)

We are just really poor - this is worse than Bodgers, Burns or Bullivant - we have an underperforming team, an inept manager and no passion or desire to cheer the fans.

How the hell did we get so bad so quickly?
