Snowball Strange game, and IMO any criticism is unwarranted.

We started with a very new side, raw, many not played before
And we're frankly. Ravaged by injuries

I thought Rakels was doing OK until his injury, change 1.

Kelly was easy MoM until his nasty injury

Then we lost Cooper from the back four. He had to stay on and played up front. Also new boy Moore did his groin and our right back struggled with cramp. That is a hell of a lot for a scratch side to cope with, but cope with it they did. Last year we would have lost that 0-2

Harriet was excellent, up for it all game, not scared to shoot and got two good goals.

The new keeper looked very solid. A presence. One great double-fist punch clear, a few decent saves and a VG double save.

Some of our wing play was sublime and I have never seen so many opportunities to cross. Had their crosses been any good we would have scored six. Needless to say the crosses were awful. Except for a few.

The CF looked raw, needs a season on loan I thought. Maybe he was just. Unfit. Also seemed to lack confidence.

Thought The HULK, Gravenberch was fantastic at keeping the ball. If he could play the DM spot I'd love to see him there.

We need to get the crosses right, get a good goal scorer and we will do very decently this year

Snowy,
Can I just say that you really ought to bring perspective to your postings if you wish to be taken seriously.
You readily use "excellent" , "fantastic"and "sublime" but this was a Championship side with some changes playing at home against many of the reserves of a Div 1 side and we drew the game.
Could you please save your hype for when we beat a Man City or an Arsenal not when we draw after 120 minutes against MK Dons.

You write what you want and I will write what I want.

I reiterate, some of our wing play (up to the cross) was sublime

It makes no difference whether you are playing against a Prem side or Duckfock Rovers, a good move is a good move

surely the part in bold rather contradicts the "sublime" description.

The CF looked raw

Who is "the CF"?

Couldn't remember his name and was too tired to look it up

Second, the wing play, is IMO, getting a player into a fantastic position to get in an accurate cross (as opposed to a tricky winger needing to beat his man). AFTER that there's a cross, and yes, the crosses were mostly sh!t as I pointed out.

The difference is all that's required is crossing practice, 9/10ths of the job has been done.

It makes no difference if Mr Whoever is a great crosser of the ball if he never gets the opportunity

Royality creeps In STAM WE NEED A STRIKER, A FOX IN THE BOX. A GOAL SCORING CENTRE FORWARD, God were screaming out for one so bloody frustrating

With maybe half a dozen exceptions, it's not as if every club in English football is after someone like this. They must grow on trees somewhere.

Separately, is anyone else completely anti EFL ? I cannot stand it, much as I can't stand Martin bl00dy Tyler's '... and it's live.'
Martin - we know it's live - if it's not we've been conned out of our Sky subscription and hardly anyone watches highlights these days. Find something else to say before I take Donald Trump's advice and use the gun

Of course it's different-it is called defending and marking.
I suggest that MK Dons' defenders are more your Duckfock Rovers than a Premier side.
I agree that we both have the right to post bollocks but , as I posted earlier, you will not be taken seriously if you use so many superlatives when discussing a Mickey-Mouse game.

K.URZ13 Good end result against a fit and motivated MK side. The fitness levels of our players was a little concerning but other than that it was ok.

Some of the negativity on here is just outstanding. Urz13, royalty creeps in; I hope you get aggressive bollock cancer so you actually have something justifiable to whine about.

Charming young man or lady.
Thank god the schools are back soon
