Royal_jimmy It's really worrying that we don't own any assets including the stadium or training grounds we play in. We are screwed. Depressing times to be a Reading fan

YorkshireRoyal99 When you put something like £250m into a club to improve facilities and look to make the club a commercially stronger club across all fronts, you can hardly say they don't care, particularly the owners. From a footballing perspective we've wasted a lot of money due to our recruitment not working out, our squad not being able to harmonise correctly as well as the squad being pretty imbalanced of the best part of 3/4 years now.
If our owners walked tomorrow we'd be in far deeper trouble than what Derby are.

SCIAG Ian’s fixation with changing the owners reminds me of the underpants gnomes, whose plan was:
1) collect underpants
2) ???
3) profit!
Ian has streamlined the plan down to just two steps:
1) change owners
2) ???
It explicitly doesn’t matter if the new owners are better - just change them.

Pepe the Horseman You'd think the owner would be at the 150th anniversary game.

He is based in Hong Kong isn’t he and had other business interests so to be fair you cant blame him for not being able to make all games and as this was a rearrangement may have simply made it impossible whatever you think of him.
However there are 2 owners aren’t there - his sister being the other and I thought she lived in the U.K. somewhere - has she ever been seen at a game or even at the club?
