90:00 (1:34)
Inswinging corner from left by-line taken right-footed by Emmerson Boyce (Wigan) to centre, clearance by Dave Kitson (Reading).

He can't be that lazy if he's making clearances...

BBC 90:00 (3:42)
Handball by Steve Sidwell (Reading). Free kick taken right-footed by Ryan Taylor (Wigan) from right channel (12 yards), save (parried) by Chris Kirkland (Wigan).

Ok, someone explain this to someone who's not watching the match. Did Taylor shoot at his own goal?

nope, BBC error there. hahnemann parried, ball was pass back in and landzaat sneaked it past marcus in the bottom right corner.

Another brilliant win, showing our strength again by coming from a goal down, and dare I say it we are looking comfortable in the top ten, can it get any better in this first premiership season ??

it was more like a repeat the tottenham game, only with an extra goal at the end.

From 'Tuesday's football photos' on the BBC Sport Football page, underneath a picture of colin:

A third goal from Leroy Lita ensures three points for Neil Warnock's Sheffield United, despite a late strike by Fulham's Denny Landzaat

Eh??!?!?!? :?

Not impressed by Hunt, very wasteful and looked like a headless chicken at times. He missed a one on one and in the first half hit a shot 10 yards wide when he had all the time in the world. Very wasteful. Gave the ball away alot aswell. Long looked very good and showed some nice touches.

No game these days would be complete without a Hahnemann howler and the goal right at the end was down to him, very poor keeping.

Apart from that a very good performance and 5-1 would have flattered Wigan.

Anyone know if Halford was at the game?

If so a pretty impressive result for him to witness.
Presumably he'll be in the side for Man City?

1 assist, Lita set up Ingimarsson for the first.

The assist he did get was bread and butter, anyone would have done that.

Wigan manager Paul Jewell:
"I am disappointed because I felt we were miles the better side in the first half. We just gave away too many silly schoolboy errors.
"The third goal killed us really and it was definitely offside.

"We have got to cut out the silly errors at the back, they are driving me up the wall. Reading weren't made to work for any of their goals."
