Cookie I'm voting Marcus.

my vote has currently swung that way, but it could still change with a fair while to go.

Laughable that some think we should bin him and can't see his use when many seem inclined to vote him as pots or certainly in the top 3.

I thought the argument was more that, if we are to improve as a squad, his is certainly one position we should look at.

Indeed, but some like to miss the point entirely to suit their own arguements.

The only posters saying 'bin him' will be 10 years old, retarded or in most cases probably both.

Player of the Season

A bit premature but since there's only 2 home games left and presumably it will be presented at the last home game, who would you vote for? Nowhere near as many outstanding candidates as last season, I'd go for Hahnemann, Kitson, Hunt in that order.

It is a competition now, between the 2 threads!

Or maybe the other one needs to be locked?

voting is occuring at the next home game so the presentation can be made at the final home game.

So effectively you will not see 5 games before you have made your vote, fulham, arsenal, wigan, tottenham and derby

Alot of people has given USA stick this season but he has been superb in my opinion and wouldnt be suprised if he wins it. Although i think Kitson and Hunt won't be far behind.

Bikey's my man.
I liked him even when we had him on loan, he looked like a top class player and since Coppell involved him in the defence we have more of a presence in our defence, therefore, he has my vote.

Yes,its Bikey for me and I predict in a couple of years he will be in a top four team. After a bad start with his temper open to question and since his experiences in the African cup he has been our top player.

I'd say we have many higher priorities than Keeper. Though he does need replacing over the next couple of seasons.

central midfield, striker, right winger, striker, (left back potentially,) left wing cover, right wing cover, central defender, central midfielder, keeper

would be the order of my priorities.

Sorry I missed the rich text that Ian Royal offered - so whats that, the wholesale replacement of the squad with fantasy players. We need a good defender, a creative attacking midfield that doen't mind getting stuck in (one) and a left wing man (if Blakey comes back great- but we need a quality replacement). As for Doyle - i think that he has reached his level as main strike pin- can we use him elsewhere?

Only Stevie C knows and he will depart this season, on a high and the top of his game....

I didn't say we needed those players, simply that that would be my order of priority that came before a goalkeeper. See other threads to see what I think we really need.
