If Sidwell was to return with his tail between his legs, for a resonable transfer fee clearly regretting his decision to leave and was willing to accept a reasonable Reading wage I would take him back if only to make players at the club realise the grass isn't always greener on the other side and money isn't everything.

I wouldn't drop Matejovski though.
