Aren't Watford, QPR, Bristol, Plymouth and Palace all located in the South? Or am I missing something here?

I presume he means in the South coast region, ie Bournemouth, Southampton, Porstmouth.

The one's you listed are London or the West country, both of which are of course in the southern half of the country, but not quite what I presume BR was on about.

There was that HUGE earthquake in Dudley a few years ago, and the Bunsfield explosion may have carried a few towns further north !

BR2 Now that the division we are in has no other side in the south to play (has that ever happened before?) there will be no game that will take us less than an hour and a half to get to including all the home games.
The Carling Cup draw could have thrown up Southampton,Bournemouth or Aldershot away but gave us a Midlands side albeit at home.

Believe it or not, Southampton are seeded. Otherwise it could have been better, but that's the luck of the draw.

I made one and it's currently on my Desktop and in my Outlook.

The Rouge, AF1, Turns8, Ozymandias and SymonsO have all asked nicely and now have it.

The Reverend Has Mr Loader purchased the relevant licence for publishing the fixture list? If not, I'd suggest the OP edits his post or a mod deletes it and any quotes referring to it.

As he has listed them himself I'm guessing the answer is yes

Sorry, I should have said "on the forum". I don't often visit the main site and sometimes forget it's there at all!

I am a member of another football site which publishes, as HobNob has, the fixture list on its editorial pages. That fixture list is properly acknowledged as reproduced under licence from football dataco (blah blah blah). Any further reproduction on that site's messageboards is expressly forbidden. A quick look at the terms of the licence shows why http://www.football-dataco.com/document ... 2008_9.pdf

I'm sure this forum won't be any different.

I have no beef with the OP - just don't want to see hobnob closed down due to an avoidable problem.

(It is, of course, quite preposterous that a list of names and dates can be copyrighted, but there you go.)

I get irritable if I think there's an inference that I live in the North.
