Yorkshire Royal I should imagine we'll get fined for failing to control our players.

What did Derby get for the Forest incident? And will their Swansea incident be dealt with before last night's kerfuffle?

Having just 'seen' the incident on player, it appears the McAnuff was extremely unlucky. He had a ball kicked at him and merely went to confront Mulumbu - seemed from the limited footage that it was just handbags and neither player really needed any dealing with except for a quiet reminder to keep their cool. Strong enough grounds to warrant an appeal attempt though I strongly doubt it will be successful given limited footage (unless there is more they didn't show of course...)

FA investigation will probably uphold McAnuff's red card, take no action against any West Brom player, fine Reading for failing to keep their players under control and completely exonerate WBA stewards......

Where the fvck do stewards get off walking ON to the pitch to manhandle our players? Who the hell do they think they are? We should be launching a complaint to the FA.
Players do this in 99% of games across the country without any issues at all, why would west brom be any different? What gives them the right to say we cannot celebrate with our own fans. Dicks.

Brian Howard 'They were incredibly aggressive and got totally carried away. They obviously get bullied at home by their wives. The power of wearing one of those bright orange jackets totally went to their heads.

Funnily enough despite stewards being at the back with us, they were not intrustive.
If you love football please sit down.
We were stood all game with no hassle at all.

As always we see varying degrees of apathy to sheer beligerance. IF the result didn't quite go to plan, why rack up the tension further with the players :!: and the away support.

i know the stewards very well who "guard" the away team coach, reading players were telling them to f-off when they came out after the game, the stewards told them to get on the coach and leave but mr mcdermott and his coaches had to be pushed onto the coach after they kept shouting from top of the stairs of the coach. i dont know if any stewards took jackets off but sounds like the reading players and offcials were total 'kers!

'Even after the match the stewards tried to get on the coach but luckily they were stopped otherwise it would have been carnage. They started taking their jackets off and pointing at us to get off the coach and fight them.

'A few of the lads were going to get off and have a go. I thought I was outside a local boozer at one in the morning not at a football ground.'

Another reason why we shouldn't have sold Bikey!

It's not like we have a team of hard men (or even any) nowadays. Mills? Griffin?

Agreed. Bikey could have dealt with this on his own whilst eating a Burger King

According to that board, the same stewarding company also did Birmingham and Wolves - don't know if that still applies.

If nothing happens about this, I suggest that our stewards go onto the pitch at the end of the game, whatever the result, and prevent their players from going over to their fans. After all, WBA can't complain as they are happy with that method of stewarding. Barstewards.
