Arnie_Pie He was always going to turn out good once he got his head down and got on with it. Let's be fair, he is far too good for us and this league.

It helps if you are guaranteed first team football regardless

On 14th sept winchester_royal Watch him go score 10 from the next 15. Cue mass panic on HNA at the thought of losing him in January.

Best thing for everybody concerned if he can get back into the premiership as soon as possible. If we are offered a penny for him we should accept it.

Agreed but not sure it will happen - he takes far too many touches for Premiership and probably for championship too!

It has been fantastic watching him over the last couple of months, and he is my favourite player at the moment, but we can't afford to have enormously expensive players through multiple seasons in the championship - that is the route to Division 1. If we can get him off our wage bill then we must.

I agree with this. He can hold up the ball, but hes not bagging many goals is he and he seems to be a little devoid of much decision making.

Still need to see more, sorry Mr Pog

another decent performance tonight. His work rate was excellent. If I was HRK I would be embarrassed that Pog did all my chasing and closing down for me, even though Pog had been on the pitch a lot longer.

What nailed it for me was when he scored that first goal of the season and in his post match interview he recounted the fans chanting 'big fucking russian', rather than singing for Adam Le Fondre all the time, which brought him to tears. This moment was proof enough that his confidence had been shattered by his first season with us, and all the stick he took - yet for whatever reason he still wanted to do well for us... Since then, that is exactly what he has done.

Yep - another quality performance tonight. Him & Guthrie about level in my POTS right now but if the trend continues then Pog is sure to win.

wouldn`t be too sure he will be here for the POTS vote if he keeps playing like this, could do with scoring more though

This. Seems a rare feat these days, being able to string 3 or more top performances together. Hope Williams isn't hobbled, he's had a couple of goodies too.
