I think you will find that Septic didnt pull out Graeme pulled out as they were asking for £120000 to play with the added cost of the policing and ground the cost would have been around £300000 so the total raised for swings and smiles would have hit the minus figure .

Surely the season hasn't 'effectively' finished, it has 'actually' finished for us.

As for the cricket, any Ashes series is going to be exciting. If there was any sense in the world Graham would close HNA until mid July anyway and spare us all the tedium.

Exiled as I am up in the North end of Scotland, the news from the mad Stad is limited, is there any sign of a new boss coming in as on this and other fan threads there seems to be very little "definate" news from not ony the wise and gifted on here but also from the OS, maybe we are secretly going to give the job to Hammond after failing to attract anyone with the £10,000 a year salary and the transfer chest of £1,000.
