A shame that it has to be that ambulance chaser and not a complete break from both him and that the current cretin. If it means the club survives in the league then the bitter pill must be swallowed.

The broadsheet sources are almost certainly the local journalist but with more licence to print what the local knows when the local rag can't to maintain working relationships with the club.

Snowflake Royal Fair play to Uke, who from pretty much day one of the Couhig deal originally falling apart, has been adamant Couhig will eventually force a deal through and be our owner.
There were certainly points where that looked impossible, and yet here we are, with it seeming to be the only game in town.

However, until it’s done and announced it hasn’t happened.
I don’t trust Dai!

WestYorksRoyal I wonder if the offer is aligned with what was supposedly agrees last summer. Dai's shitshow means Couhig has now missed out on the Olise sell on fee plus the value of Azeez, Smith and Bindon, and all for sweet eff all as that money has been used simply to keep our head above.

Obviously I meant as an unintended consequence, when rich people are losing money and there's a recession looming some of the start to panic and might hold back. (possibly why SJM sold up when he did).Mr AngryForbury Lion American potential buyers Couhig and Platek....... Chinese seller.....This isn't going to somehow be screwed up thanks to Trumps Tariffs is it? There's no tarrif on cash is there?
Yes Forbes; Trump is sat there right now about to sign an Executive Order making it impossible for an American businessman to buy an English League 1 football team from a Chinese businessman.............
(Though to be fair, with that Sociopath - I mean Trump rather than Dai - I wouldn't put anything past him!)

Forbury Lion Club Statement this morning (well that's when I read it), says exclusivity has ended and they are in talks with two parties.... or was that just another party, it's on the website to read.
Also The Price of Football podcast now suggests administration may be what the buyers are considering just because they don't trust Dai Yonge about how many loans there are against the club, stadium and training ground. If the club went into administration then at least it would be clear what they were buying and there would be no surprises. The 12 point deduction would keep us down so it's a gamble whether it's worth buying us now and potentially going up or waiting it out.
Administration would be bad, but as long as it doesn't end in liquidation and someone wants to quickly buy the assets and club maybe it will be okay? - Big worry then is most of the players being out of contract.
I just want this to end with a new owner and stability.
