A better question is where does your 10% figure come from? There were certainly rumours JM was going to retain 10% before the takeover was confirmed but since it was confirmed, the only figures we've been given are 50%-25%-25%, no suggestion whatsoever that JM has a 10% share.

All the minor shareholders (there are quite a lot) own less than 1% combined. They can, to all intents and purposes, be disregarded.

Also, he mysteriously says new owners have their eye on property and 'educational links' in the area. Make of that what you will.
