IdealExtended-Phenotype Pack your f/cking ute Federici and p|ss off back to Alcatrazia. Only needed one more nail for the coffin and you managed seven in one f/cking game.

Wouldn't say any were "his fault", but he certainly "could have done better" for a fair few of them!!!

Binfield Royal Whilst i am no goalie coach, it looked to me like the reason the first and last goals were scored were because he was too far off his line, enabling both Arsenal players to chip him.

PistolPete Federici is still the best keeper at this club.

Alan Partridge Not Federici's greatest fan but I seriously think if McCarthy or Cech had been in goal it wouldn't have made a massive difference and the criticism in this case isn't fair, you guys have obviously made your mind up on him so that's why you are giving him this amount of stick. 1 goal of the 7 he had some culpability, the others he didn't have a prayer with.

Yup, my mind is made up - I hate his guts, he is a big stiff idiot and he is getting it. For sure.

Snowball We were outplayed for long periods at Swansea and McCarthy made a string of good saves, a few "worldies"
I have always sided with Feds, but he looked ordinary last night.
He also looked distinctly overweight and not particularly arsed
1. Theo would probably have scored but Feds did go down too early. Diving made it easier for Theo.
2. Need to see the Giroud header again but it was from what, 10 yards and kinda looped? Didn't look "unstoppable".
3. Luckily, no longer remember
4. The fourth wasn't a great shot and I think a lot of keepers might have got that one.
5. Luckily, no longer remember
6. Slightly unsighted but I think he could've/should've saved that one fro Chamak.
7. Will be seen as Guthrie's error, (which it was) but I think he expected Feds to be way further up the pitch, last-chance etc

Ian Royal Whether he was bad or not, you can't really see him ousting McCarthy after that surely? Even if he didn't get much wrong, you can't conceed 7 (seven) and deserve a comeback.

RoyalBlue For those giving Feds so much stick last night, take a look at the Arsenal keeper's performance. Now that really was a 'mare!
Surprised Melon Head thinks Feds was at fault for the first. Maybe committed slightly too early but in a one on one situation the forward is always the favourite, and red hot favourite when it's the likes of TW!
The one goal I think he might have done better for was the 5th? (lost track) when he was beaten low down with a shot that crept inside his right hand post although I think he was slightly unsighted and the shot may even have taken a slight deflection. Even then question why our outfield players let their man run and run before shooting.
And no, IR, I'm not saying he should come back into the team but that's more on the fact that McCarthy has done nothing wrong as opposed to Feds being to blame for the score last night,

But do you know, I wouldn't be surprised at all to see Feds between the sticks on Sunday....

No chance - imagine the stick Brain would get if he picked Fed and he made another howler. Brain "would" most likely be sacked in the morning.
McCarthy has done nothing to deserve being dropped and Fed did nothing last night to suggest that he would do better.
