Went to the game tonight. City were certainly the better side, but we did defend well for most of the game and had a cracking chance to make it 1-1 just before City killed the game in the 84th. Troelsgaard blazed her volley just over the bar after a poor punch from Roebuck. If she’d taken that chance, the point would have been a steal…but we rode our luck and almost got a reward for it. Can’t complain in the end though…well maybe Grace Moloney, who was superb in goal, can…
