I thought he we was more 'security' than an agent.
Perhaps that's how he developed 'under cover' /surveillence tendencies.

Barry Hunter was a regular in the UW until 2 seasons ago - largely because he was scouting for Blackburn at the time. Expect to see him back if we go up again.
