In the ground. Freezing cold with a blustery wind. Locals confident of victory. Ground is neat with 4 single tier stands, though the one opposite our end is about 3/4 across. Pitch looks ok, may be a bit bobbly though. The Stevanage managers programme notes are fantastic - the whole article is a candidate for cliche corner!! An example..... "... There is a calm and eerie sense of focus in their (the Stevanage player's) eyes. A hunger, a steel, an authority, a knowing."

Ingimarsson in but Mills takes captaincy. Howard is announced injured despite playing for the reserves midweek. Kebe is ill and Pearce out due to injury, all according to the RFC Twitter account. Alex Pearce is however present at the game so rules out 'discussions with another club' that may be inevitable thoughts from some!

That's an awfully defensive bench. No creativity at all.

You mean apart from the striker and winger? :|

Looks a pretty strong line up to me.

Really wish Pearce was playing. He's been one of our best players this season. Mills will oxf*rd up, mark my words.

Very wierd ..BBCRB still convinced Howard playing on their official team list until they notice the 10 on the twitter list above warming up !

Is a striker generally seen as a creative player? Not really. I think more of a midfielder, attacking midfielder rather than someone that is actually there to score the goals.

But for Antonio, that's a very defensive bench!

That is as strong a line up as we could have hoped. No excuses if we don't get a positive result this afternoon. Wonder why there is no Howard on the bench?

We only have one attacking midfielder and he's injured and we don't use attacking midfielders in general anyway. We only have four wingers and one is ill. We only have three eligible strikers. You are almost always going to have at least one keeper, one defender and a defensive midfielder on the bench. So really all we've got is an extra defender instead of another striker / winger / Howard, because none of those three options are available.

Swansea are out to Leyton Orient, lets hope that the giant killing doesn't continue in Stevenage...
