You've seriously never heard of the world's biggest sports broadcaster? Who are you unhappy with?

For tomorrow's game they'll be plenty of links posted in the 'Watching / Listening...' thread at the top of this section for you to watch ESPN's coverage on your computer - heck even hook it up to your TV if you're so desperate

Or go and watch it at your local social club (it helps if you are a member).

Or go to the pub. Oh no, they'll probably be showing the Chelsea v Manure game instead. Try a pub like Walkabout, they'll most likely have both games on their multiple screens.

Also - did you expect to be watching many live Reading matches when you took out your Sky subscription?

It's sad that more people will want to see Manure Chelsea than Reading in the FA cup down my pub tom. In fact I won't be surprised if I have the screen to myself!

Sky don't have the rights for the FA Cup though, do they?

I used to go to primary school with an Ian from Burghfield Common (circa 1970  ). I know he is an RFC away traveller too, as I once met him at Chesterfield (1-7 defeat). Could this be him?

I'm VERY frustrated by this; I'm in Mnachester today for an internal sales meeting; unfortunately, I had to book my flights up here BEFORE I knew who we would be playing, and I'm unable to stay up for the game....

Had Chelsea won, I would have made it to the Bridge in time for the game from Heathrow. Hey Ho. ESPN for me tonight then...

Finally my ESPN subscription pays off! Normally miss most matches as they tend to show mainly Saturday evening matches and i'm usually making my way back from seeing us.

Just

What an amazing post.

Don't blame Sky for your lack of understanding of football broadcasting rights.

Too right.

Mad that we took twice as many to a virtual non-League club in the previous round.

Still - feel sorry for folk in Reading battling to get preference on the pub screen in their home town. Sums up a lot that's wrong with the game today.
