Leeds (A) match thread sponsored by the champions of Europe.

by LWJ » 22 Apr 2011 17:33

took about 4 hours to get up here. Main stand is massive everything else seems dwarf like in comparison. Really easy to find and signposts from 6 miles out of Leeds helped. :) waiting on the coaches to turn up as apparently they bring all the tickets back. Still don't know if I have a ticket. :(

Kebe isn't playing!

McCarthy; Griffin, Harte, Mills (c), Khizanishvili; Karacan, Leigertwood, McAnuff, Robson-Kanu; Hunt, Long.

Subs: Federici, Pearce, Tabb, Howard, Antonio, Church, Manset. Kebe misses out through injury, Hal starts in his place. Hunt in for Manset.

Drat.

Oh well, HKR is going to prove himself a more than able "deputy" today.

:( that Kebe isn't playing. McDermott said there were no injuries in his interview, so Kebe must have picked up his injury today. Hopefully its only minor and he's fit for Monday.

Hunt in for Manset the expected change, would have been surprised if Hunt wasn't in.

Forest have just got a potential late winner vs Leicester so as it stands, Leeds are in 7th... suddenly the pressure just increased...

yeah there main stand has always looked good and thats the view the TV show most of the time,
the rest of the ground isnt bad but if they built it all like the main stand then that would by a sight to see

Not all bad news with Jimmy being out as Jobi is really more of a right-sided player.
In moving him however it means that HRK will have to help Harte out (which he doesn't do as well as Jobi) especially if Gradel or Snodgrass play wide right.
It's been a long day waiting for the game-bring it on.

HRK's not dump but he's not going to be the threat that Kebe is. Big blow that he's out.
