McAnuff Goal..

by FiNeRaIn » 18 May 2011 18:58

Not sure who uploaded this, might even have been posted on another thread ( I'm not looking and it deserves multiple posts).

Fans view, quality atmosphere.

Just watched that about 10 times in a row and I get a severe case of the tingles everytime with the goal.

great video.

at this point everything took on that ' too good to be true ' feeling!

for those that weren't there, the atmosphere was pretty much constantly like this for the last 20 minutes of the match and then 20 minutes after the final whistle.

All Reading fans standing once again...I went to the toilet just before half time and the urinal was shaking, not because of my penis but the noise of the Reading fans.

I don't think this goal has been loved up enough on HNA today - it's brilliant.

The very best of it was that he had every chance to go down, get a free kick in a very dangerous area and probably get at least a yellow for the defender.

It was like a throwback to the 70's with players actually trying to stay on their feet (except Franny Lee of course).

Just realised that it was Shaun Cummings rather than Leigertwood (initially credited by many including myself) who had the good sense to pull Jobi's shirt back down and save him from a booking. Sensible, mature action from a young player.

Wish there was a few more vids like that of that where you can make out the atmosphere clearly. I want to bottle up that 90 minutes and relive it again

I wondered who it was pulling Jobi´s shirt down, great reaction from Shaun if he keeps progressing he could be a legend. It is hard to believe it is the same player who was torn to pieces by the WBA player and just about every other player he came up against during Rodgers time. Well done Brian MC hope you can do the same with the left back from Scunthorpe.

Maguire I don't think this goal has been loved up enough on HNA today - it's brilliant.

As soon as he got into the box I knew he wasn't going to fluff it ala Anfield last season. Smashed it low and hard with no messing about.

Quality goal from a player who had some disappointing moments on the night. Glad he persevered.

Really does annoy you when you think back to 'Pool though - that's what he should have done!

That was great, apart from the high-pitchedness of the screams - should women be allowed to attend football matches? Discuss - and some goon chanting 'EA-SAY'. Reading fans always somehow manage to detract from my enjoyment of following Reading.
