leww_rfc I've never agreed with the idea of a new player instantly becoming captain like Mills at Leicester, it doesn't say a lot about the players who have been there years.

Royals-lad14 stupid thread, he is a great leader, can maybe help jobi with his leadership skills, for suggestions of him being captain the day he signs is ludicrous tbh, i always believe a player should be at a club at least 2 years for him to be captain as it shows they are commited and know the club and their surroundings like said above ^^
