The Real Sandhurst Royal pull your socks up
A term used to tell someone to get down because bullets are going to be fired in their general direction in the immediate future. The general idea behind wording the phrase this way is to let your friend know what is about to happen whilest leaving your helpless, soon to be, victims in the dark.

sandman What a prized idiot Jason Roberts is for defending Collison without seeing the incident. Been listening back to 606 and the rubbish this guy is spouting is unbelievable. No wonder he plays (or more accurately doesn't play) for such a useless club. He needs to take a look at this:
and tell us what's more disrespectful a bit of showboating that entertains the paying customers or trying to remove the kneecap of a fellow professional.

southstand67 Steve Claridge?? English players wouldn't do that?? So Collison's challenge was justified then?

winchester_royal Funny how West Ham get two players sent off, are generally cynical and dirty throughout the game...and yet somehow the media have managed to make us look like the bad guys.
