Archie's penalty Great goal from Le Fondre. Superb win. The fact that we score late and come back from deficits is very encouraging.
Karacan is a bloody star, the cog of the team. He's going to go for 5-7 million someday. He pisses off the other team no end. Brilliant.

Ian Royal on another thread Back from the Pub:
Reading - looked the side with more quality, but lacking in coherancy, presumably a product of the knock to confidence and form from the previous two games.
Watford - looked the lesser side, but played with a bit more freedom. Made too many mistakes and lacked goal threat.
It looked more like Watford were the away team, come to frustrate Reading and try and sneak something on the break for large slices of the match. I think that's a factor in our lack of quality attacking threat.
The Ref: generally poor in his little decisions, gave us the benefit of these a lot, especially first half. Technically he probably got a lot of the big decisions wrong, but actually, I thought he showed good decision making and all the decisions when the right way in terms of what was the right decision, if not necessarily the correct one by the letter of the law.
Hunt penalty 1: Bit of a shove, but Hunt made it impossible to give by calling for it whilst flying unnecessarily through the air. Correct.
HRK foul: Nasty, especially on replay, but it was not malicious - poorly timed, and was unlikely to cause a bad injury. He was at least trying for the ball. Could easily have been a red, but yellow the right call. Correct.
Watford Penalty: Blatant shove by Pearce, but very ineffective and tame as shoves goes. Good call to waive play on. Correct.
Forsyth foul 1: Was never particularly out of control or going in very hard, was studs up so could have been a red, but yellow a fair decision. Correct.
Forsyth foul 2: Late, not dangerous, so soon after his yellow red would have been harsh. Could have gone though. Correct.
Hunt penalty 2: Hunt was looking for it before contact was made. Technically a penalty as there was contact, but it would have been very soft. Given his earlier attempt and the fact he was looking for it before he was fouled he made it very hard for the ref to give. Correct.
Generally poor football on display but we kept at it and won the game. We really need to perform better to stay in the play offs though.
Federici - 6. Did nothing wrong, but didn't have a lot to do. His freekick save was ludicrous, absolutely no need to dive. Risked being caught out with his attempt at a quick kick again. Palmed a shot straight into the middle of the box. Lucky.
Cummings - 6 (-1 for OG) was pretty good but scored an own goal. Had to try and do something, but putting himself at the near post probably would have been enough and certainly shouldn't have got an OG.
Harte - 7 his pace and positioning let us down in part for their goal. He should have been tighter to his man. Otherwise Did ok
Gorkss - 7 fairly solid but was at fault for the goal playing them onside, by running across the line from deep putting Harte and Pearce in trouble
Pearce - 7 could have given away a penalty. too slow for their goal. Ok otherwise.
Karacan - 7 worked hard
Tabb - 8 put in a lot of good dirty work and often looked to control the ball and play the short pass, which we needed. Please don't shoot unless you have to.
HRK - 8 (+1 for an assist) A bit lucky to finish the game, but played some decent stuff and a peach of a cross for the equiliser.
Kebe - 8 (+1 for the goal) Back to old Kebe. Looked dangerous frequently. Lost the ball frequently.
Hunt - 7 linked up play well. Tried to look for fouls too cynically as usual. Played well as the second striker.
Church - 7. Got very little service and ran and ran. He was mostly isolated as the main striker and whenever a cross came in for him it always hung just over his head. So whilst he wasn't in the match that much, I don't think it was his fault.
ALF - 7 didn't do a lot except score. Which is exactly what he needed to do. In fairness he didn't have much time.
Antonio - 7 One good cross and a lot of strong hold up play in the corner. Still don't think he's actually much good.
Very pleased with the result.
Not sure anyone really deserves a MOTM but I'm giving it to Tabb to be contrary.

Snowball Tabb 7 - Offered nothing going forward, but broke up play and did his job
Pardon? He was GREAT, had a shot too, and gave a brilliant through pass for Hunt, clear pen
