Takeover poll

My ideal end to the takeover bid is...

Russians walk away and Sir John stays in charge
14
10%
Russians takeover and turn out to be nice chaps
110
80%
Russians takeover and turn us over
7
5%
New bidder gets flushed out

Personally, People stop creating inane polls and scare mongering and just let whatever happens happen as it will all be alright in the end anyway. There's a Thread you may have noticed covering all options to the Nth degree so another is just pointless.

IMO

185 pages to wade through so I was looking for a quick summary poll. It's a free country here...unlike some places I could mention! :-)

But with an option of "Russians takeover and turn us over" I'm sorry but how can this be taken seriously.

Are you trying to deny TBM a 200 page thread? If so, in the words of my school teachers you "could do better."

A free country but a sh1te thread I am afraid.

This is a no-brainer for me. TSI all the way. In TSI we have an owner, AZ, who has a connection to the area, is a fan of the club, has considerable wealth, wants to build our academy and continue doing things the Reading FC way, other than having to sell off all of our best talent as they develop, to have the club steadily/safely progress in the PL.

Having SJM running the club on his own will result in losing more of our players as they develop and will prolly result in not being able to be financially competitive enough in the PL to remain, with a quick return to the Championship.

Having another group step up runs the risk of those owners splashing too much cash, having little regard for the fans and the area, disregarding developing talent, running up unsustainable debt and possibly putting the long term prospects of the club in jeopardy.

That is a big plus and all, but actually I didn't even factor that in. If you do that would make it even more of a no-brainer. Seriously hot.

That's my fear...where are his Dad's business rivals? In the woods? I certainly don't think that we are out of them yet! We may be lucky by getting out...unlike some chaps!

Um, why would we want them to turn us over?

Not sure how that would ever be an ideal outcome.

What don't you change it to what we think is the likely outcome and then I might consider voting in his shambles of a poll.

Why do a number of people on here have to resort to personal abuse every time, if you don't like it then STFU! I guess you must have just left school?
