But many said he should have been in the top three for player of the season.

It is really good to see an RFC player in the top team.

Perhaps it shows how much effort he makes for us even if unfortunately those shots don't equal goals?..........Just a thought but carry on bashing him all the same.

I will be fcuked off if he leaves but I wouldn't blame him with the amount of stick he gets on here. He is the new John Oster it seems.

Stick he got at Cardiff, West Ham and Palace before coming here. I like him as a player, but he's far too inconsistent, even in the Championship. There was as much, if not more moaning on here in previous seasons with him blowing hot and cold.

He is one of the few that has always been quite comfortable on the ball & they have been few & far between in our squad! I think he'll shine under Adkins personally.

Good work rate, but even factoring in an element of bad luck, 43 shots and 0 goals is pathetic.

John Oster made Simon Church look good...at times.

Seem to recall some decent cameos (and goals) in the 106 season etc

Only morons continuously cane the players of the team they 'support'.
McAnuff's a winger. Wingers can't be consistent, as their game is about beating the opposition full back to provide service (not necessarily goals). Every week they'll be up against a different full back and it's much easier to defend than dribble around someone.
He is, however, very consistent with his work rate and supports the full back defensively.

PS, he strikes the ball very well on most occasions, but has been unlucky this year.
Even Kebe's scuffs seem to find a way in!
We'll again have two of the best wingers in the league again next season.

Hey, let's sign Carlton Cole. Then we can have two players in the Ineffective Team.

He's never been a good goalscorer for us. But that doesn't mean he hasn't been very effective. Plenty of assists, and he's usually been at the heart of most of our best play for the last three or four years.

Hahahaha I didn't need whoscored.com to tell me how ineffective he has been anyway.

Somebody help me please.
I have been searching on the FAQs and tried advance search (which only searches the forums).
Can someone tell me how to delete my account on HNA?
This place is so full of retards that there is no point coming here any more.
I am convinced that lots of users on here are not Reading supporters, but mentally deficient children that have just found somewhere they can get some attention.
So please, how do I delete my account?
Thanks

What would you like the 'morons' to do? Completely ignore their utter all-season-shitness? Praise them for their failure on the pitch? Let's all hold a party in celebration for one of the worst seasons I can ever remember

Got a UTD fan for a flatmate at Uni; even their fans boo them when they are not winning and that's almost never. Footballers are well accustomed to getting booed its part of the job description.

Watching players just aimlessly hoof it forward or miss control a pass which is played along the floor, because they have no composure is a perfectly legitimate excuse to get angry.

43 shots isn't very many across a whole season so when you think it is only 1 and a bit shots per game it doesn't sounds so bad
