Fair enough, you do need to be using Opera Mini™ browser on your mobile for that to work too. Also I would like to point out the Reading Fc news app now notifys you of top headline news. For example like the official Reading FC text service which you have to pay for.

richiroyal This is just an heads up, The Reading FC News app is currently on sale on the Apple market for 69p. This is going to go up to £1.49 on the 7th of September 2013. The increase is due to maintenance costs to keep the app going and on the Apple market.
Also if you have any ideas on how to improve the app then please let me know!
