Sanguine I was at the Fulham v Sheff Weds game on Saturday, and Drenthe came on for the visitors at half time. He looked as out of shape as the day he left Reading, and as frighteningly inconsistent on the ball. Couple of good through balls and to be fair to him he was chasing down Fulham players and the ball much more than we ever saw in a Reading shirt. They played him as a right-winger, and he hugged the touchline, beat his man a few times, fell over his own feet a few times.
As said above - maybe he could get better under Clarke. Who knows. File under Balotelli.

Gilksy Too disruptive in training and no end product on match days. A long with Pogr£bnyak, they're the most expensive waste's of space we've ever had here.

3points I'd be tempted to have a look if I was Steve Clarke given how little attacking options we had on the bench last Saturday

GH Royal Any manager with his head screwed on is going to want to assess all players available to him, especially someone who is ex Real Madrid. I'm sure Clarke will be fully aware of Drenthe's bad reputation but bringing him back once his loan expires and taking a look at him before making a decision would be the smart thing to do.

Zana Badawi We have to give him a go. We cant expect to shift his wages off our books just like that. Doesn't work like that.
