picaso In due respect though to Adkins he helped us develop the academy and made Reading a good club for young players to come to.
I think it's good that the youngsters are going out on loan now and getting some exposure to competitive games, hopefully they'll be competing for a place in the first team next season like Hector after he did well at Aberdeen or wherever he played in Scotland.

I have no idea what there names are but we signed a number of promising academy players who saw the club as a good opportunity to be able to get into the first team eventually.
