Agree with all that. Don't think we'll see Ake here next season. I'll be upset if Jem isn't given a new contract. So what if he's been injured a bit. Bleeds hoops.

I think that's a lot to read into this.
Could just as easily be that Clarke doesn't wasn't to risk injuries on this pitch.
