Dellor moaning about Vydra again!!!

Dellor has just completed his weekly 20 minute moan about Vydra and is expecting the social media backlash so I thought I would get it kicked off over here on HNA.

In all honesty, it's getting harder to argue in Vydra's favour against Dellor every week. Especially after Dellor has done his homework and can state that Vydra hasn't scored in the league for us since McDermott has been our manager.

I still don't think it is entirely Vydra's fault and it's wrong to constantly blame Vydra for problems that run far deeper than Vydra alone.

So the media can't point out that a Reading player might be underperforming.

A little bit of criticism is fair enough. But attacking Vydra seems to be Dellors favourite subject. It's too much. It's no wonder Vydra has no confidence left. He's probably thinking the sooner he can get out of Reading the better.

We're near the end of the season now so it's the time to judge. It's very difficult to argue in Vydra's favour. But, Vydra has absolutely given 100% every time he's pulled on the Reading shirt and for a lot of reasons it hasn't worked out. Let's not keep slamming Vydra.

Next season Vydra could smash in 20 goals if he is in the right parternship, playing in the right system and receiving the right service.

It's very clear that there is a problem with Vydra's confidence / mentality. And it's not his fault. Dellor goes at him like it's his fault though. And he's in the media. If he's not actively contributing to Vydra's mental game problems, which he may actually be by damaging his confidence and putting on more pressure, he's certainly not helping.

It's very clear Vydra has everything in his locker needed to be extremely quality. Circumstance has shot that up though.

Vydra seems to be a player with skill & ability who things have just not fully worked out for at RFC for some reason. He also seems to have enough potential to hopefully improve, develop & become more consistent.

Where as Tim Dellor will always be just be a smug, arrogant twat.......

Cox, Kermorgant, Piazon, John, Evans, Bond, Sa fo sho.

Then there's Hector, Cooper, Taylor, Obita, Gunter and arguably even HRK who certainly all haven't done a great deal better. HRK has looked lively for example, but hasn't actually produced much, pretty much identical to Vydra, certainly hasn't scored anywhere near enough goals - the main criticism of Vydra.

So what happened to our other 'proven' penalty taker Kermorgant? No better I take it, otherwise McDermott would have insisted he took the penalties.

Vydra is by no means the only player who hasn't performed well since McDermott took over. And this from a manager who is 'renowned' for being able to bring out the best in players!
