Time will tell, but I agree it's a test of the Thai's commitment to taking the team forward.
I'd think Palace would be a much better option for him then either Villa or Celtic

Ah yes! there we go. I completely forgot he was their U18 manager now. That links all the clubs mentioned to us then, and all of the links have been at Reading at the same time that Tshibola has been at the club too.

He Joined in 2008 at the age of 13. Murts left the following year in the Summer of 2009, just before Rogers' brief spell. 1 season is not that long admittedly, but it was still a longer time than BR would have been involved with him!
