Not on their website yet so I presume they haven't been announced.

Play off dates probably won't be set until the season ends and the games are known so SKY can determine where moving games will cause the most detriment to the supporters of the teams involved. Expectation form me is one leg on an evening and another on a Saturday or Sunday

Final is the Saturday before Spring Bank holiday though, let's hope we can get that Wembley trip.

For the record I note earlier in the season that Ady Williams was babbling on about getting to the Monaco grand prix and doing the presenter bit for the BBC Berks sports program from there

#licencepayers

First leg is 12/13/14 May
Second leg is 16/17/18 May

Obviously one of each possible set, they aren't proposing to make teams play each game for 72 hours.
I don't think they ever narrow them down before the teams are known. Partly so Sky can make their arrangements but also because of logistics and police issues.

Yep - going by last year the 3rd v 6th games were the Friday/Monday after the season finished and 4th v 5th were Saturday/Tuesday.

So probably looking at either 12th and 15th for one tie and 13th/16th for the other. Although as League 1 finishes a week earlier this year (due to FA Cup final also being on the May BH weekend), this could affect the dates Sky choose.

Don't think the 15th is an option.
12/16 or 13/17

Yup with the FA Cup final being on the Saturday meaning the League One play-off moving to the week before on the 20th

I think I am right in saying that usually the team's that came 3rd or 4th have home advantage in the second leg.

Not usually, always.

Interesting point though. Considering our home form compared to our away form against the top 6/7, wouldn't we fancy having the home leg first to give us something to hold onto away?

In the rugby the higher placed team chooses where the games are played. With a 2 leg final as well it is potentially a decent advantage.

Does anyone know if the club will do free t-shirts again should Reading make the final?

I'm sure the chairman does or Big JM.

I hope they do as I thought it was a decent idea that worked well.

If anyone does it would be the commercial manager, but I suspect given that we aren't in the playoffs yet, then have to get through the semi finals before it becomes an issue it's really not something they will have even considered.

The home leg is bound to be on the 17th May as that's the only date around then I can't make.
I've already made it certain that we'll be in the final as I'm going to the Isle of Man on the Saturday of the bank holiday weekend.

I know you you're taking the piss but I thought I was a great idea. The half of Wembley blue and white stripes looked great. I mean, I didn't wear mine, but enough people did that it looked good.

Pretty universally seen as a good thing to be honest. Made that end our own. much better than teams that give out flags or those horrible clappy things. Or even worse the clubs that decorate their grounds with those fake banners from obscure supporters clubs ....
