I feel sure it wasn't Reading. BUT was it WHU, Spurs, Orient or even Fisher Athletic?

He said this year after scoring against Spurs that he was a gooner, but I had always thought that he was a Hammer. Maybe the confusion was because his dad worked for West Ham (he now works for us) and so people thought he had an allegiance with them that he actually does not.

He's from Romford which is the centre of West Ham support.

But like you I'm sure that in the aftermath of the 6-0 game he made comments which suggested he was not a Hammer.

I don't really care who he supports. He plays for Reading now and that's enough for me. I don't understand this obsession with what teams Reading players support. You don't get that with Man Utd, Liverpool, Arsenal and Chelsea players, do you?

It's purely because of the speculation surrounding the supposed bid by WH. You don't need to be such a prick. Not sure it warrants a thread of its own but shesh, get of the soap box.
