As soon as Coppell takes the Cups seriously then I'll start attending.

Would fielding the same team he did against Swansea count as 'taking it seriously' ?

Or is the clamour for him to give Henry and Pearce a game going to get louder ?

Just because some people call for the promising youngsters to get a game to aid their development does not mean others can't wish for Coppell to field our strongest XI and take the games more seriously.

IF Coppell is going to play second string sides for these games I think it's totally sensible to use the games for blooding the youngsters to see how they can handle the step up. IF Coppell decides to give us the best chance of progressing by playing his first team then thats also a good thing but a totally different arguement to whether playing Sodje over Pearce is good for the development of the squad.

You don't have to jump to the clubs defence by trying to belittle every comment that might call into question the clubs decisions.

Big difference between and FA Cup tie and a League Cup tie in the eyes of many though. The ticket price will make my mind up for me, if it's cheap then I may still go otherwise I'll watch at home esp as it's the week before I go to New York.

no difference at all to a team who will win neither.
its an evening cup game, against one of the best teams in the country
sounds great, cant wait

perhaps you should support a team that plays a full strength team in the league cup like......
erm.....luton??

Not sure why I'm bothering to defend myself here but as I said I'll go if the ticket price is fair, it being on TV is a bonus but as I'm going away a week later I will more than likely save my money for that as it is more important to me than a League Cup fixture.

As Stranded implied, ticket price will determine the size of the crowd. At £30+, I think I'll watch it on telly.
