Rev Algenon Stickleback H I agree. I think there should be special section for people like you, away from everyone else.

cheeryoleary I'd go a step further and require DNA sampling and profiling of all fans. Those with a singing gene could be sat together. Those most likely to enjoy cucumbers could be sat in the Upper West. Those who are fit could be sat near the safety gate (Their genes enabling them to circumnavigate the ground in time to catch their bus).

Yes! Yes! Yes!!!
Finally, somebody on this board who can see the light.

Thou Voice From all the matches that I have been to over the years, I have to say that this season beyond my disappointment with the RFC management that is really unequalled, I am most annoyed with the fans around me.
Looking around I can see a small child that likes to think the back of other peoples seats is something to constantly kick, nearby is a family that clearly bathes in garlic and nearby the nearby family that should never again be sold tickets by RFC ever again that remind me of the Brady Bunch. Those people are of the lowest quality.
I do not enjoy the price rises that the Balding Guy and the Emperor force upon us, but if they are going to continually do this I would like them to setup a Cherished Fan scheme where you can arrange to sit with fans of equal quality to yourself. Imagine being with good people like me, the whole experience even when we lose would simply be fantastic.
Does anyone else have issues or disappointment with people they sit near at home games and would agree that a cherished fan scheme would be a good way forward?

howser Hi Guys well I have been a fanatical Reading man since my first match against Port Vale back in the old biscuitman days of 1963, now due to work and familly I live way up the North of Scotland, Elgin City is my local side now, but I still hold on to my Reading roots, and because of that, the team are so well known and followed in the village I live in, live matches for me are far and few between but thanks to Gillette Soccer Special and internet live games I am as big a Royal as I have ever been, so I take it upon you guys who will be at the Mad Stad tomorrow, and for the rest of the season, to shout, sing your hearts out and make as much noise as you can to lift these players of ours, to secure our Premiership place for another year, do that and we will be there, we have all given them some stick lately but they are our team and our players so lets all get behind them from home and afar, to rid us of this curse of relegation. We are there by rights now let the owner and manager know that we bloody well want to stay there !! C'Mon URZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

I can explain.
Are you disappointed with your fellow fans around you (at match days). The club likes to earn money anyway it can, we've had the bricks in walls, the plaques on seats and the Balding Guy toilet paper. The one revenue stream they have not addressed is Cherished Fans.
Would you be prepared to pay additional quality to set next to a better quality of Reading Fan and not one that has already got a pre-allocated seat and is going to disappoint you?
