Dirk Gently Murts, by a long, long, way.
He had the chance to become a Premier league Billy-Big-Bollocks and he's stayed exactly the same - a superb ambassador for the club.
Parky didn't really do that much for us above any other player - he just did it for a bit longer - and once he moved on he shafted Colchester in a very McGhee-esque way.

TBM For me its Parky but thats cos he was a good role model for when i was a youngster watching Reading on the Southbank
