Wolves away - 30th Sep 2008 - PREDICTIONS

by readingbedding » 28 Sep 2008 13:18

Looking forward to this one...

Be pleased with the win, so I'll go for 2-1 to The Royals, hopefully our winner over a contentious Penalty or a Wolves own goal.

I'd take a draw. Anything else would be a bonus.

Crikey. Gotta go for 1-1. Only coz the last 2 times I went for that we won 6-0 and 4-0.

This really is a hard one to predict, I'm seeing everything from the Royals being trounced to us beating them by 2 or 3...
Should be a cracking match, but I was right with my prediction for Saturday so I'm going to go for a 2-1 Royals win.

Wolves 3-0 Reading (Kightly 2, Ebanks-Blake)

Cue 'we're crap, we'll be lucky to finish in the top half' on the board

Next week: Reading beat Burnley easily.

Cue 'we're going up, three-horse race'

Repeat.

Edit: please can we win with an offside goal or something, that would be nice.

and me....point gained not two dropped. If we draw our away games and keep winning at home that will give the four points from every two games average we need.

Also, can I point out something?

Last time we were in this division, we lost twice all season.

This year, we've already lost twice.

Follow my logic and we'll go undefeated for the rest of the season.

(If STGs can use "Ipswich only lost twice at home last season, and they've already lost twice at home this season, so therefore we'll lose", I can use this)

LOL!

Since when did wanting a result for a team have any bearing on the actual result?
Im pretty sure scarborough would love a win in the nou camp, does that mean they'll get them?

Pretty unlikely since I believe Scarborough don't exist anymore.

We're still yet to produce the goods away from home, which is frustrating as we look unstoppable at the Mad Stad. I'm confident we will crack our away form within a month or so and push on, but I think Wolves are flying with confidence at the moment and when you've gone all season without an away win it's a very hard place to go and turn it around. I'll go 3-1 Wovles unfortunately. Of course, if we do pick up our first away win in Tuesday we're in a great position to push on for the top 2 places and really go on a good run.
