Coventry was a great day out, and so was Blackpool. It';s just the 90 minutes in the middle of the day that spoils it all.

If you're talking about a home match, I think it would be back in January when we beat Wolves - and that was more for the atmosphere and the result than for the performance.

Oh a Reading game? Jesus that takes me back - probably Bolton away in 2007, although that was only the last ten minutes when Coppell brought his subs on cos if memory serves me correctly he got it wrong that day too until we fought back to win 3-1.

I don't recall enjoying any games this season, I've just kind of lost interest. I've renewed my season ticket again in the hope I get back what I've lost.

I've enjoyed the majority of games I've seen this season. Only the two Ipswich ones particularly upset me.

Enjoyment is an odd word when it comes to football, but I don't think people would keep going to games if they didn't get something out of it. Losing is part of sport and it goes with the territory, as does drawing.

At the moment I'm frustrated by Reading, but the tension, the hope, the possibility still gets the adrenalin going. I don't think we'll go up, but hope springs eternal. It's a rush of sorts: like all drugs it's got a downside.

I think the only time I got bored with Reading was when we got relegated from the championship (or whatever it was called then), because from February I knew we were going down and I did not believe in the manager or the team. I perked up when we got a new manager and a new team for the last few games: we were still crap, but novel crap.

To enjoy a game, I need to be entertained by the football that is being played on the pitch.
So, earlier this season, the away matches at Wolves, Sheffield United, Cardiff, and Birmingham.
In 2009 I've seem very little to get excited about - just a gradual slide downward to oblivion.

Pre xmas.

The minutes applause for the young lad at the Saints game just made me feel a bit pants, and the game itself was shocking and I walked out at half time. I just didn't want to be there that day.

Then I went to a game in Feb and we were so bad that I left again at half time.

Now I don't leave games early, even for the sake of traffic, but the football was crap, the effort wasn't there either, and the atmosphere just painful to be a part of. And as I don't bother with a season ticket for now, I sit on my own, and that just left me feeling like not bothering anymore.

If you can enjoy the game and there's a jovial atmosphere, sitting on your own doesn't matter, because you don't feel alone. But everything I said above about the game and stuff, I just didn't want to be there anymore and haven't been back since.

I may, may go to a play-off home leg, but I'm not sure. I'm falling out of love with the game. I'm starting to hate everything about it now. Hopefully that'll change, because I miss the football, the atmosphere, the looking forward to games. But I don't feel part of the club any more. And I used too!
