pre match bust up

stories around that Kitson & hunt had to be restrained by stewards after being told that Church was in the team rather than them - allegedly reported on BBC Berks last night - anyone know anything about it?

Surely Noel is still injured.

Couldn't have been Steve because he can't have expected to be in the side anyway.

maybe true, but I think Mooney had more reason to be pissed off than them.

Sure, but he might have expected to be ahead of Church in the pecking order.

As it is, Church out performed the pair of them with ease.

It's probably balls, but it wouldn't surprise me if true.

Was it my imagination or was Kits trying to get himself sent off last night?

I was talking to a steward last night and there was a bust up in the dressing room but I didn't find out who it was involving.

This is true.
Toys thrown out because Church was picked to play.

Was it you on radio Berkshire last night after the game? The only report I heard about this bust up was from a fan saying exactly this on BBCRB. Tim Dellor then hurriedly added that this was just a rumour.

The choice of Church was a big surprise.

Does anyone think it was a message to the overpaid?

I think it was desperation for a player who actually cared - and Church cared.

What happened to the pre-match huddle

by Forest Gump » 13 May 2009 23:31

Interestingly the demise of this show of unity seemed to coincide with our loss of form last season.
I heard a rumour that the players dropped the practice because one of the Irish contingent had bad BO.

I know this is 100% true.

Because when Coppell announces the line-up to the team he randomly decides to have a few stewards there too, for no particular reason.

apparently hunt was going round the pitch before warm up on tuesday having a row about it with dillon, very animatedly according to BBCRB

TBF he can piss right off, just one decent cross or free kick over the last month may have been enough
even in your last ever appearance you couldnt beat a single player, or put in a single decent ball

as for kitson, i loved teh guy when he was our plaer, but recently he just pisses me off, whingeing and sulking on teh pitch
