Watford are not happy

My three particular faves are the new site banner, Smith21orns's signature and on one of the many threads " Threes no I in team but there are four in Selfish Irish Pr*ck"

Buck$, Buck$, Buck$... Oh dear, oh dear....

You were given a chance at a special, special club... You ruined that chance and took your reputation down with it.

You could have built something really good at Watford, been remembered as a friend, inspried people in years to come, been respected, but you traded it all in for a Cubic Zirconia encrusted Rolex and a few pieces of silver...

Pretty soon, you'll be old news, but the club you've left behind, my club, will always be supported by good, decent people. As such, you no longer fit in anyway... Soon we'll cheer a new manager and our old team...

I feel sorry for you mate....

We may be poor financially, but you are poor morally, very poor indeed.

I feel a little sick...

Are your finances better than we thought?

Watford certainly seem to think we have money to splash about.

I'm not surprised they're a bit peeved, but some of that is going a bit over the top.

It's not like anything underhand happened, and I suspect for most other clubs Rodgers would have stayed. Lets not forget he has quite strong ties to the club and area here. But lets also not be blind to teh fact it IS a step up for him, even if only slighty. He WILL have better resources, facilities and more money here.

Zac, our finances are as we thought. There is money available for the right players as always. Watford have barely a pot to piss in from what I've been reading.

Actually, he hasn't been great to the board. He said to them the other day that he was committed to the club and wasn't going anywhere, a few days later he leaves. Reminds me of a certain Mr McGhee, and we still love him for it. You can see why there is a lot of hatred aimed in his direction.

Dear Brendan 'Now you know why they call me Buck' Rodgers,

Morality and integrity are two attributes which you are sadly lacking in, unlike me on the other hand who can be seen to be at the pinnacle of both

See you at Reading away next year, I advise improving security around the dug-out

Yours,

Eloden

You're Watford pal, a club whos fans are as gay as ours.

Personally I don't blame them one bit.

We all know on here, EXACTLY how they feel.

Maybe they'll get Pardew to replace him. How ironic would that be?

I agree with you.

Leaving your post after being given an opportunity you haven't repaid is poor.

Especially for a club of a very similar size, what is the point?

Sorry lads, won't blame you for taking the piss immensely when you beat us next year.

^ I don't blame Watford fans either - does it not ring any bells these "I'm 100% committed to this club, I'll be staying here" type comments?? How soon we forget. If he DID say that and now he's signed for us, don't expect him to hang around for long if a better job comes along - does he think he's Steve Bruce?
