We lost 2-3 but went through 5-4 on agg. Colin Gordon got our 2 at Stamford Bridge.
Oh yes was at both games , Got soaked to the skin at Stamford bridge .

Mind you, would probably be sent out on loan to reduce the wage bill.
Remember the Barnet game well. Dreadful tackle from Haag and you can here Jones cry out as it catches him. Mind you, they made them a lot harder in those days - walking off the pitch with a broken leg!
Mind you, that was bettered by Tony Witter who carried on playing with a broken leg!

Watched it last night! Great memories and what a fcuking great team that was. Jimmy Quinn was one class act.
Never seen that Coventry footage before - who here went of the pitch after Gilkes scored his penalty?
