No, this isn't the wrong forum... well I don't think it is.

I was wondering if STAR had considered speaking to BBC Berks with regards to having a spot on the Royals show to discuss the aims of STAR and the benefits fans can receive from joining.

I don't mean this to sound disrespectfull to STAR or Tim Delor, but if a STAR representative was willing and more importantly able to be on call as a stand in guest, it might add a bit more interest than Tim asking himself questions when a player pulls out.

Ollie has already mentioned on the BBC Berks forum that they were considering having a hobnober or fan in the studio so I don't think it's something they would dismiss out of hand.

I don't want to give away too much of what BBCB have planned without their permission, but we have been in contact and I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Aha... Maybe that's why your questions are not being asked RL, They're saving them up for when you appear on the show.
