Players contribute to coach travel to Man City

The Reading players have offered STAR £5000 towards the cost of coaches to the Man City game.

STAR have decided that rather than make the travel free we will charge £5 instead of the advertised £20 and so will guarantee 350 places subsidised by the players.

Existing members only will be able to book until after the Arsenal game, and after that new members will be able to book if there are still places available.

We are pleased that the players acknowledge the away support and hope that we can help the post-international form change for the better.

However, the number of coaches required, has to be confirmed by Wednesday morning. If seats are still available we will be open on Thursday evening.

IIRC, the coaches hold 55 people - by my reckoning that's 330 people....

Only 55 seater coaches hold 55.

You can also get 72 seaters (which STAR use sometimes) and a whole range of sizes.

If theyhave filled 6 x 55 seaters then they have sold out as I doubt they'd run a 1/3rd full extra coach.
You also have to factor in the Readibus for the disabled fans which would be part of the deal...
