STAR HQ Opening Times

STAR HQ will be open this evening for coach bookings and memberships.

We are currently selling Birmingham.

There is a slight change to the evening openings.
As from Tuesday 26th November the STAR HQ will be open on Tuesday evenings only until further notice. Time will be from 7.30pm-9pm.

Matchdays are as usual, before the game, Half time ( for East Stand only) and after the game

Waht time do you open on a match day before the game?

We are usually open by 12 Noon.

Given that I can't guarantee getting to the Hut in time tomorrow, is it possible for someone else to make my booking for Brum with my STAR member number only or do I/my membership card have to be present as well?

Ideally we like bookings to be made in person with the STAR card. Reason being we want to make sure that it is a genuine STAR member being booked. However if you can't get to us and you have someone who can book it for you that will be fine, if they can bring your STAR card all the better. STAR cards should always be carried when travelling. Occasionally we do spot checks. PM me with your details so we know who to expect.
