Yes - it will be sent out in time for the Feyenoord game. last I heard there were still plenty of places so panic not!

Sorry about that - with over 2000 there were bound to be mistakes. If you want bring the card in when you come for your pen and car sticker and we will see if we can sort it.

Yes, I figured that. I'm really not that fussed, as long as it's not going to be questioned when checked I'm sure I can live with it. But thanks anyway.

Not sure I can remember but it definitely says STAR, has the hoops and maybe even mentions the premiership

No there is no deadline but it will still cost Â£10 whether you join now or in April (as some did last season) so the earlier you join the better the value for money.

ps one of the contact addresses given is Omers Rise in Burghfield. Oh the memories, I used to live in Loves Close and went to Blands Infants and Garlands primary.

A very long time ago. Put it this way, Reading had never been relegated to the fourth division by the time I left Burghfield.

You are not on your own.

We have sent out cards to all who were on the database passed on to us when they renewed their season tickets, but have had a lot of complaints like yours but most have found that they have not paid for STAR through the club so the ticked box was overlooked when the form was processed

We have not yet had the database for new season ticket holders but will send out cards when we get it - presumably soon now they are all sold.

So if you are in the first category look to see how much they have charged, and if in the second you will have to wait until we get the details which we are pressing for.

The long queues on Saturday at the STAR base were partially caused by many others in your position.

It was an interesting experiment for STAR to get this access to season ticket holders but it has not been without problems for us.

Wait until STAR have recieved second batch of memberships from the Sales Centre which should be in the next few weeks. I'd imagine if you haven't recieved your card by the end of September then you should contact STAR about it.

Hello - I renewed my STAR Membership at the club ticket office. I completed my application, gave them the money and they added 10 points to my Royalty points but I have not received a new card for this year.

This was done at the start of the season, what is your advice?

I would advise that you come to the STAR Base prior to a match or one evening when it is open, the STAR membership secretary or one of the other very helpful STAR members will be able to take some details from you and investigate it for you.

starliaison might have another suggestion for you but I would say that would work, but please try to go as early as possible as there can tend to be a queue and it will be easier for them to help you if its quiet
