handbags_harris Well no not really, there have been cases previous to this where similar walls have collapsed in similar circumstances and people have ended up with broken limbs. I remember an FA Cup tie at a non-league ground in the early-mid 90's where this happened. With less luck the same could have happened on Wednesday. It's not about the fact a wall collapsed and a few people got cuts and bruises, it's about preventing similar things happening with worse outcomes (and the fact that a safety certificate clearly shouldn't have been issued due to the insufficient structure). Sorry Affers, but you're blowing out of your arse with this one.
