South East Royals

by blue-army » 21 Jul 2006 20:35

Me and friends have almost finished the creating of 'South East Royals', we have been given the all clear from Michele Law, the co-ordinator of STAR, so we are all good to go.

We now need to recruit more members in order to reach our target of 50 members so that we can run a coach service from the south east area, to home and away games throughout the season.

If you have any questions or ideas do not hesitate to contact us!

Many Thanks

we are willing to accept members from, all areas in the south east, once we have recieved an acceptable allocation we will then decide a pick-up route for home and away games. If you are really interested the speak up!

Just use common sense. For away games yes but for home games the answer is no. Were travelling 100 miles with an empty seat just to pick up someone who lives just down the road......I don't think so. Yes you may be classed as the South East but just use ya head.

As for Kent, Surrey and Sussex; we will be needing to get a definate number of people first of all to see where our highest percentage of fans will be. If we have 30 from Kent and only 10 or less from the two other counties combined, I don't see the point in wasting valueble time and petrol travelling all that way tbh with you.

But we could make a meeting point for fans to get to if they wanted to use the service. But we'll come to that brdige when we've got definate numbers of people interested.

Please only use this thread if you're interested and not to ask stupid questions and wasting our time, thank you.

blue-army No.
You should have said Yes, on the condition he pay's his fair share of the full coach costs.

I suggest you start the Twyford Royals and get your own coach.

Does Winchester come anywhere near your route?
If so, I might be interested for away games.

dan19's down your way too, somewhere in Kent anyway, he'd probably be interested.

A word of advice though - define your boundaries clearly so everyone knows where they stand, and who is/isn't included, rather than just saying South East

Good luck with it!
