Obviously our first season in the premiership our job is really to survive. If we establish ourselves as a mid table contender (let's say top 10), realistically what would be our next goal be? Another year of surviving or increases the squad and going for Europe?

and-- Are there any plans to tap into the international fanbase, obviously with Seol it seems we should be opening a few club shops in Korea! I have noticed a few amount of Reading viewers in America who enjoy how Reading play the game and with Bobby and Marcus, Both internationals maybe there is some marketing we could do there to bring in some fans.
