Royal Rother What the hell was up with him today?

:|

He's a Reading fan and club legend, I liked hearing that level of passion. It is about time someone told it like it is. Getting a bit sick of Mick Gooding's fence sitting and Tim Dellor giving it the big one during a game but then rolling over and having his tummy tickled by Paul Clement post match.

He's a fan and just as frustrated as the rest of us about what is going on at the club, both on and off the pitch.

He’s our Adie and we kind of treasure him for that.

Trouble is when he gets all excited / angry and picks an argument with Tim, Mick or whoever he comes across as a bit of a knob - a definite trait in his character but one he successfully keeps in check most of the time.

absolute hero
good defender.
h8 him on the radio.

all that stuff about this team being the worst in 15 years. well done adie. tell us something we dont know.

and saying the fans are too soft about it, why are we accepting having sunk to a point away at wigan being a good performance/result?...what are we supposed to do. does ranting about it and getting on the players/managers backa bout it help solve the issues.

He just isn’t articulate enough for radio presenting. I hate it when he hands over to the ‘lovely Reet’. It’s all a bit dated. I do think he says some decent stuff about the club though. Mick sits on the fence too much of the time.

For probably 90% of the last 15-20 years Wigan have either been at our level or above.

Sheer arrogance to think a point there is something to be angry about.

Ady giving it large about VAR being used at FA Cup games hosted by PL clubs but not at others, and Tim and Mick in complete agreement.

Sorry, but this is just dumb bollocks.

Regardless of the shite way it is being used over here, it is completely illogical NOT to use the technology where it is in place as it gives no advantage to either team.

Just before kick-off today, Adie asked what has been different at the SCL in recent games? A couple of feeble guesses from Tim Dellor, then Adie informs us that Reading have brought back multi-ball! Dellor and Gooding concur and briefly speculate whether Reading had to get special permission for this! So that’s three professional broadcasters who between them have watched every Reading game this season, as well as (presumably) dozens of televised games, and none of them have twigged that multi-ball is now used in every game in the Premier League and EFL.

CHARTON and BUMMINUM are the best for me.

(Bit obtuse but BANG BANG BANG was my way of suggesting the 3 of them all needed a quick bump on the noggin for being ignorant of the fact that multi-ball is across the board this season.)
